THE JOB:

As a Lead Butler at the Skylofts, your duties include inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for our esteemed guests. Your welcoming smile and impeccable service set the stage for their experience. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you create WOW memories they'll cherish beyond their stay.

STARTING RATE: $21 an hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment of arrival.

• Assist guests throughout their stay, providing guidance and support at every stage.

• Demonstrate expertise in serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as familiarity with all menu offerings.

• Adhere to established service protocols and procedures as directed by management.

• Accurately process billing transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure adequate stock levels at assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations.

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet both guest and team needs.

• Preform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• One (1) year of prior relevant experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.

PREFERRED:

• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including Microsoft Office and related software.

• Training in butler services or knowledge of English/British etiquette.

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with cigars, wines, and spirits would be advantageous.

• Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus.
