THE PAY RATE Starting at $21.00/hr

THE JOB

As a Lead Butler, your primary role will involve inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for our guests. You'll be the face of hospitality, setting the stage for their experience with a warm smile and impeccable service. By attentively listening to their stories and understanding their individual needs, you'll take ownership of their experience, crafting unforgettable memories that extend far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY TO DAY

• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate property information through regular use of our talent portal, email, and other communication channels

• You will also be tasked with setting up villas with amenities tailored to each guest's preferences upon their arrival. This includes coordinating with the Room Service Manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to designated suites

• In addition, you will liaise with the Housekeeping department to ensure that all rooms are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Your duties will also involve arranging transportation for guests through our concierge service

• Manage and shifts effectively and take initiative when needed as well as anticipate the needs of the department.

• Run shifts smoothly without compromising guest experience

• Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the butler pantry and equipment to the highest company standards, ensuring that everything is in proper working order at all times

• Engage in professional collaboration with Directors, Chefs, and various departments to seamlessly coordinate events, projects, and tasks, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment

• Undertakes additional job-related responsibilities as directed or requested, ensuring a comprehensive approach to fulfilling all duties associated with the position

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks

• Prior Butler experience in a luxury resort setting or similar

• Fine dining experience is a plus

• Demonstrates outstanding leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Presents themselves in a professional manner

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Proficient in bilingual communication

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 21 years of age or older

• Highschool Diploma, GED, equivalent experience

• One (1) year prior experience as a Butler

• Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

• Food Handler Safety card

• TAM card

• Non-Gaming (Sheriff's) card
