About the Team:

The Lead Business Process Analyst will be part of the Strategic Business Process Consulting team within the Digital organization. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and working with stakeholders to develop streamlined and efficient processes. You must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and be able to effectively collaborate with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with process mapping and modeling in areas including, but not limited to Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Professional Services, Security and Customer Support. This work will include, interviewing, conducting process walks, gathering data, and creating new business processes. You should have detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and a highly adaptable approach along with an aptitude for end-to-end process definition and value stream mapping.

About the Role:

• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Improvement & value creation workshops with stakeholders to understand current state business processes, business needs & challenges and translate them

• Leading cross functional stakeholders in improving and transforming processes using Lean practices

• Ability to decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from process

• Identify and develop process strategies that meet and exceed business stakeholder expectations

• Ability to handle heavy workload, manage multiple projects, facilitate the activities of dynamic workgroups, and multi-task in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and propose solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years as an experienced process analyst

• Expertise in a process modeling and automation tool ideally iGrafx, Signavio, ARIS, or Miro and proficiency in BPMN and experience in leveraging APQC taxonomy

• Ability to write and interpret business requirements

• Green/black belt certification, Prosci Certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile Environment

• Ability to work on large transformational projects independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
