Success in this role requires flexibility and tenacity in order to manage a combination of established daily tasks and dynamic leadership responsibilities. While you may have direct reports and fulfill some people administration at times, your primary responsibility is managing the work.
You are the first line of support for your team in driving scalability through a focus on process improvement. Responsibilites: ? Engaged member of the Business Process Leadership Team, supporting all team members in the department ? Process improvement opportunity identification and implementation ? Integration of startups, centralized work, and acquisitions ? New hire training and mentorship ? Act as a resource for team members ? Review quality of work and provide performance oversight ? Manage workload distribution across yourself and other team members ? Team with other Lead Business Process Clerks to actively support external team members ? Responsibilities are not all inclusive and may change based on the need of the company Qualifications ? Proficiency with proprietary systems (preferred) ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ? Proven ability to work across organizational structure ? Proven track record of improving process ? Ability to work with all kinds of personality types ? Inquisitive: enjoy learning and problem solving ? Experience directly leading teams ? Undergraduate degree (preferred) ? 5+ years of professional work experience or equivalent
