PPT Solutions is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst in the National Capital Region.
Description of Responsibilities for the Lead Business Process Analyst:
The Program Health Assessment Lead Business Process Analyst will lead all activities related to the Program Health Assessments, including establishing processes and informing policies, conducting assessments, and informing results.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Lead Business Process Analyst:
Master's Degree and/or 15 years of relevant experience is required
10-15 years of desired experience with CPIC, the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), IT Modernization, OMB Mandates, and Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner and Quality Engineering Duties.
Must have extensive experience supporting DHS or other large federal agencies with a demonstrated understanding of Program Health Assessment goals, objectives, and activities.
Should have attended formal training in Lean Six Sigma techniques at the Black Belt level or equivalent techniques to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to pass a government background investigation
