PPT Solutions is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst in the National Capital Region.

Description of Responsibilities for the Lead Business Process Analyst:

The Program Health Assessment Lead Business Process Analyst will lead all activities related to the Program Health Assessments, including establishing processes and informing policies, conducting assessments, and informing results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Lead Business Process Analyst:

  • Master's Degree and/or 15 years of relevant experience is required

  • 10-15 years of desired experience with CPIC, the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), IT Modernization, OMB Mandates, and Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner and Quality Engineering Duties.

  • Must have extensive experience supporting DHS or other large federal agencies with a demonstrated understanding of Program Health Assessment goals, objectives, and activities.

  • Should have attended formal training in Lean Six Sigma techniques at the Black Belt level or equivalent techniques to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to pass a government background investigation

Business Process Analyst Level 1 As a Business Process Analyst, you will work on client projects as part of a team and be responsible for problem-solving and incorporate your knowledge, skills and abilities to help leadership and clients plan and implement strategies. You will support gathering and managing requirements for DHS CBP, Office of Field Operations and support the deployment of tools and technology. You will work collaboratively with the team and the customers to define and establish requirements and capabilities using industry best practices and standards. Roles and Responsibilities * Work independently and facilitate working sessions to solicit and prioritize requirements and capabilities of new and emerging systems/applications * Conduct Gap analysis and feasibility studies * Streamline the requirements management process * Ensure capture of strategic and tactical enterprise business requirements that provide traceability * Identify and engage with internal and external customers to define requirements and capabilities * Effectively communicate the needs of stakeholders * Consult with business partners on how to drive mission goals * Support analysis and evaluation of programs and processes as directed by the Program Manager * Develop reports as directed by the Program Manager * Collaborate as team member to meet mission objectives Qualifications * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of Business/Requirements Analysis * 5+ years' experience with DOORS or similar tools like Jira to capture requirements * Bachelors in any field * Proficient Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) * Familiar with SharePoint usage * Familiar with Agile Methodology * Experienced eliciting requirements from stakeholders * Experienced developing business process models and workflow diagrams * Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
