Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Education & Awareness team, which executes on Legal strategic priorities, influences the employee and manager experience, and drives organizational initiatives.

The Legal Strategy, Innovation, and Administration (LSIA) Division leads the identification and implementation of strategic and operational priorities for the Department.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead strategic initiatives critical to our organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully driving moderate to complex initiatives from conception to execution.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change and contribute to the continued success of our organization at a senior level.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute on departmentwide strategic initiatives to deliver programs that align with organizational goals.

  • Develop actionable plans, track and resolve issues, and report progress and outcomes to executive leadership, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to inform decision-making.

  • Know the business, understand key drivers, and be in-sync with strategic priorities. This will require constant interaction with program teams and stakeholders to drive operational excellence, risk management, talent and leadership development, and integrated business advice.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership to influence business leaders and stakeholders to drive commitment and action.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven leadership in project management or implementation.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

  • Active listener with excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive leadership.

  • Strong experience in the creation of strategic implementation, prioritization of initiatives, assigning work, execution, collaboration, management and resolution of risks and issues while ensuring initiative(s) are delivered within agreed timelines.

  • Independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline, and commitment to the role.

  • Outstanding leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperatives.

  • Results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize the resources to accomplish objectives.

  • Experience presenting to executive management and ability to articulate key messages around progress, risk, issues, organizational impacts, etc.

  • Leverage tools such as MS Project and Sharepoint.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) skills.

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below.

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
