About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to fill a key role for Intake and Delivery. The individual will be responsible for evaluating new data deficiencies, ensuring they are received and logged appropriate in JIRA and provide leadership with updates on the progress of resolution.
The Deposit Insurance Operations team is responsible for the maintenance and governance of an enterprise process established to comply with Rule 370. Rule 370 requires large banks to maintain the system capability to calculate and payout deposit insurance in the event of bank failure.
In this role, you will:
Drive the roadmap and vision for FDIC 370
Serve as a strategic liaison between management, delivery team, and business partners to ensure all impacts to FDIC Rule 370 are identified, go through intake, and are added to the roadmap for prioritization, assignment, and tracking.
Assign roadmap work efforts to the DIO delivery team members and track progress.
Execute change management prioritization monthly control routines and document evidence. Identify efficiencies and improvements in existing processes to reduce manual routines.
Establish and execute a capacity control to ensure management is aware of capacity shortages in fulfilling the required roadmap objectives.
Execute line of business/system of record monthly control routines to obtain work efforts that may impact FDIC 370 and track the activities to determine if the effort needs to be added to the roadmap.
Skilled JIRA user with focus on maintaining data hygiene and alignment to the Roadmap.

Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts with different audiences (developers, business managers, compliance, etc.)
Proven experience leading the resolution of complex problems that require solid analytical skills and understanding the line of business to deliver effective solutions
Experience in product or process management in a highly regulated environment
Agile experience including experience serving as scrum or Kanban team product owner for development activities
Demonstrated experience developing strong, collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents across all levels of organization
Ability to work independently with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience operating in a fast paced, matrix organization environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Detail oriented but sees the big picture to drive to an acceptable solution
Ability to research and understand system and data complexity
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Visio
BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field
