About this role:

Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) is seeking an experienced Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Action Plan Implementation Platform (APIP) Enablement Team supporting a business tool used in regulatory program management execution and governance activities. Join a team with unyielding curiosity in understanding user problems and behaviors creating solutions that delight users, are feasible to build and sustain as well as deliver measurable business value.

This experienced Execution Lead will partner with the APIP Enablement Product Owner to strategize, plan, and execute delivery of work product leveraging Agile and Scrum practices. The Execution Lead will drive accountability for assigned work across the collective APIP teams, create transparency, and resolve risks, dependencies as well as impediments. This individual will determine how to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire tool suite, team and key stakeholders. They are expected to bring strong organization, coordination, planning, and partnering skills along with a data/measurement driven mindset. This role will have a significant impact on the usability, business value and effectiveness delivered by the APIP Enablement Team and SEO Teams along with supporting the company's risk management objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

A successful Execution Lead will be responsible for the following representative tasks:

  • Understanding the APIP Business Tool vision and leading the transition to Agile practices and tools as well as serving as the primary point of contact for the collective APIP teams.

  • Making sure work is flowing systematically and managing capacity effectively.

  • Making decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional areas, governance standards, and products along with facilitating decision making.

  • Accelerating issue resolution and guiding the team to look for alternative solutions while delivering expected results.

  • Performing assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex problems and developing appropriate solutions or recommendations.

  • Supporting implementation of developed plans along with solutions and communicating delivery of work product.

  • Partnering with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy backlog prioritized based on maximizing value for the users.

  • Performing and sharing regular Agile team health checks and enabling the team to incorporate targets into continuous improvement goals.

  • Propelling active engagement, identifying appropriate inputs/outputs and leading applicable planning & execution events.

  • Executing controls as required to mitigate risk.

Daily you will be demonstrating:

  • Knowledge and understanding of product management, agile, scrum and Jira

  • Decision-making, problem-solving, execution orientation, continuous improvement and risk management skills

  • Experience building partnership and consulting effectively, while maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to communicate confidentially with strong attention to detail and writing/speaking in facts at varying levels within Wells Fargo

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills in a structured environment with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Significant Agile, Scrum and Jira experience

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously

  • Desire to continuously learn and grow

  • A BS/BA degree or higher

  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid, in office schedule three days a week, at one of the posted locations. Relocation assistance will not be available.
