Pay Range: $65 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides deep subject matter expertise in the requested field to achieve business objectives such as operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, or improving competitive position. Analyzes problems and recommends strategies to clients to achieve business objectives.

• Leads cross-function teams in developing or reengineering processes using requirements gathered from clients.

• Responsibilities include formulating process remediation and implementation strategies, preparing written assessments and presenting recommendations to executive level clients.

• Able to facilitate organizational change through effective communication, building consensus, and creating complete and coordinated implementation plans.

• Requires a high level of subject matter expertise in the specified area.

• Demonstrated analytical and project management experience.

• Strong business savvy and negotiation skills.

• Extensive experience in business analysis and program implementation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Top three technology tools:Jira, Service Now, Rally, Clarity.

• Looking for a Senior Level Risk Practitioner who has a minimum level of 8-10 years' experience in the area of Technology Operations.

• Deep business acumen in the areas of operational risk, bank and insurance operations, industry practices, and emerging trends

• Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory environment for financial institutions. Prior compliance work experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory submissions package and reviews

• In-depth knowledge of Technology Operations Management (knowledge in most domains)

• Proven ability to effectively assess process, risk and controls, identify emerging risks and issues, analyze large bodies of risk data, and communicate results in a concise and comprehensive manner to multiple stakeholders across the organization.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• CRISC or related Technology risk certifications.

• The individual would be "lead" level familiar with risk activities such as Second Line of Defense (SLOD) oversight, e.g., Technology Operations domains such as Asset Management, Incident Management, Availability, Problem Management, Change & Release Management etc.

• In additional to risk management activities, risk assessment review and challenges, risk and control identification/evaluation, loss event reviews, key risk metrics review, and risk monitoring activities.

• Will document and possibly brief status reports and observations of observed table tops and any testing activities.
