Join our team as a Lead Brand Designer (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in driving our brand's visual identity and expanding our customer base in the European market.

In this role, you'll be responsible for corporate branding and concept, designing and executing creative communication campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation and deliver high-quality creative materials. You'll provide creative support and direction to team members and external freelancers and agencies, execute company objectives, and partner with cross-functional departments on strategy and execution. You are a visual storyteller, you love brand strategy, brand architecture and design and are able to drive projects yourself towards creative excellence.

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• Lead a brand redesign, pitch and develop comprehensive campaign concepts (including landing page, e-books, organic social, email, and webinars), iterate on paid creative assets, while also owning the design system marketing efforts

• Collaborate across departments, including working closely with Product Design to ensure marketing to product brand continuity, Sales Enablement to maintain and update collateral, Product Marketing to launch new features and the Website team to ensure an elevated web presence

• Coordinate freelancers and other third-party designers (motion, animation, web) to ensure join effort and alignment

• Maintain a high brand standard including building and expanding upon the existing corporate identity guidelines, internal communications, and acting as a brand owner

• Mentor and coach other members of the team to ensure high-quality output, foster professional growth, encourage innovative thinking, and maintain consistency across all design projects.

About you

You'll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in a senior design role, working across brand redesigns, marketing materials, landing pages, social assets, display, and email design.

• Experience working with Figma and/or Adobe suite preferably, with motion design as a plus

• Fluency in English (C1), German or Dutch are a plus
