Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizonas Meet Me Where I Am program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We work with families and youths in their homes, teaching a variety of skills ranging from self-care, household management, living, and social. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth to be a positive role model and impact on our families! The lead will also help maintain contractual requirements and program services to the betterment of Devereux and assist Program Coordinators in the development and implementation of their assigned program.

Requirements

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services or Business related field preferred.

  • Previous experience as a Behavior Coach and supervisor is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working knowledge of computer and statistical data base applications.

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results.
