Job Description Job Description The Lead Developer primary responsibilities are to guide and develop the design, implementation, testing and delivery of work within the team that cultivates communication and foster best application development practices against customized software. The Lead Developer will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications.

Job Profile Summary Lead Developer, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance The Lead Developer designs and develops programs/processes that automate specific Legal, Regulatory and Compliance processes by working with various Legal, Regulatory and Compliance units/departments to satisfy their requirements. The Senior Developer will be the primary technology lead for Human Resources and will work with the Leadership Team and IT to set strategic priorities for the technology portfolio. The Senior Developer will lead a team that ensures data integrity and provides operational support across Legal, Regulatory and Compliance technology platforms.

Senior Developer will ensure that critical Legal, Regulatory and Compliance initiatives are identified, understood, and aligned with strategic goals. They know how their work impacts these efforts, and that there is strong connectivity across and among the work streams themselves. Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the employees’ experience with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance systems are linked to overall enterprise strategy and culture. Work with the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Leadership and IT to design our technology roadmap to fit the needs of the function and accomplish the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance strategy and continuously improve efficiencies. Work cross-functionally to affect improvements that enhance the experience across the employee lifecycle.

Leverage system tools to develop efficiency within departmental processes. Responsible for planning, managing and successfully implementing new Legal, Regulatory and Compliance technology initiatives or upgrades that impact Legal, Regulatory and Compliance applications. Partner with IT, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to develop the overall technology architecture and data governance and provide technical leadership to the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance function.

Promote cross-enterprise collaboration and work with leaders to determine business value to advance strategic Legal, Regulatory and Compliance initiatives. Align with Purpose: Translates the digital transformation of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, create transparency and visibility of strategic initiatives to Legal, Regulatory and Compliance leadership.

Program Analysis Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Analyze and estimate feasibility, time, compatibility with other systems, and computer capabilities. Analyze, assist installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs.

Program Design Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing, testing, and installing applications. Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems. Demonstrate expertise in one or many programming languages.

Documentation Write and maintain functional and technical specifications. Convert designs and specifications into computer code. Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Write documentation or review documentation written by others which describes installation and operating procedures. Test and Review Create test scenarios and run tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications. Analyze codes to find causes of errors and revise programs.

Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to attain client approval. Analyze, assist installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs. Technical Support Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program.

Train end users or technical support staff to use programs. Monitor performance of programs after implementation. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Strong technical knowledge of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance technologies. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role.

Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Contract Lifecycle Management systems. Experience with API based implementation and system integrations. Experience with Scale Agile Framework delivery methodology
