We are currently looking to fill the position of Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a starting range of $96,000 - $135,000/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position may have the opportunity for occasional work from home.
The Lead FP&A Analyst is responsible for partnering with executive business leaders to create and execute budgets and set and measure against KPIs to drive financial results. The analyst will be a high level individual contributor, capable of independently communicating with business leaders and creating reports. The role will assist with overall company forecasting, strategic planning, and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in various financial business functions including annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning, and month end close.
Consolidate and prepare timely monthly executive deliverables with attention to detail
Prepare, analyze and deliver actual vs. budget results for key financial statements as well as functional cost centers.
Utilize FP&A & other analytical tools to create automated reporting templates and dashboards to measure financial KPIs and initiatives
Create insightful analysis improving visibility into business performance in key areas and modeling out the pathway to key outcomes
Assist business partners with understanding financial policies and practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and processes to optimize financial outcomes
Develop analysis and lead discussions with business partners on key initiatives, such as business cases, new product development, and geographic expansion.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel
Minimal overnight travel required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration - finance or accounting, MBA preferred
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in financial planning roles.
Previous experience in multiyear planning, preparing presentations and reports for key executives.
Demonstrated track-record as finance business partner and communication with c-suite executives
Experience with Adaptive planning software
SAP experience
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
