Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Analyst
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you'll do:
The Lead Analyst
In this function you will:
Assist with financial due diligence procedures on acquisition, investment, and divestiture targets
Assist with restructuring accounting, forecasting, and reporting
Perform corporate ledger accounting activities and prepare journal entries
Assist with mark to market analyses for minority investments
Execute the accounting activities around joint ventures and minority investments
Assist with the annual and interim goodwill impairment analysis
Develop and maintain relationships with Eaton businesses to provide accounting support and financial analysis
Interpret U.S. GAAP and Eaton financial policies on accounting matters and provide clear and concise guidance on application and account usage to acquired operations
Liaison with external and internal auditors to explain restructuring accounting and provide detailed supporting documentation
Participate in or lead special projects/process improvements to help drive efficiencies in the finance organization
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within 50 mile radius of Beachwood, Ohio.
