Data Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst, Audience Optimization to lead our efforts in developing advanced audiences for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Data Cloud to synthesize diverse data sources to construct audiences, serving as a local Point of Contact for our AMER marketing team, and acting as a subject matter expert to the company. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, customer behaviour, and marketing strategies to effectively tailor campaign audiences across our marketing activities and beyond. The ideal candidate appreciates the foundational importance of data and its local nuances, the importance and impact of data privacy and how to discover critical insights to create a truly value-driven function. You will work across teams to understand their plans and operating models, creating immediate and long-term plans to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sophisticated audience segmentation strategies utilizing multiple data sources within Data Cloud to significantly uplift marketing campaign performance.

  • Act as the primary POC for AMER marketing teams, guiding them through the intricacies of audience segmentation to optimize campaign targeting.

  • Provide expert consultancy on segmentation, recommending state-of-the-art practices and methodologies.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to capture local market segmentation needs, ensuring they are in sync with our overarching goals.

  • Maintain and prioritize our roadmap for segment development, ensuring timely delivery and optimization of segmentation strategies

  • Take ownership of audience segmentation KPIs, analyzing data to create insights and strategies for performance enhancement.

  • Effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels, demystifying data into strategic actions.

  • Keep a pulse on industry developments, including emergent data sources, machine learning, and AI technologies, to inform our future vision for audience segmentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5 years+ experience in marketing analytics or audience segmentation related managerial role

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful audience segmentation strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to a broad range of audiences.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, especially Data Cloud and Tableau

  • Proficiency in data analysis software and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong project management abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,200 to $236,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
