The Role

  • Meet all your clients through Redfin or by referralno prospecting required

  • Build relationships with buyers while sharing your expertise to help them navigate their home purchase

Skills & Experience

  • Real estate license (required)

Living Resources' purpose is to provide individuals with high quality care, protection and growth opportunities and to experience respect, dignity and self-worth. Living Resources works with and for families (parents, advocates and relatives) by providing peace of mind. All employees are to be respectful and supportive of families as we are working with them as partners providing care and services. Summary: The Day Opportunities Scheduling Specialist (DOSS) will perform the duties as the Day Opportunities Specialist (DOS), with additional scheduling responsibilities added. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm Pay: $12.65 - $12.90/hour Location: Albany county Essential Responsibilities: 1. Provide direct assessment, training, assistance and guidance in all areas of physical, intellectual, emotional and social development as outlined in the participants' day habilitation plans. 2. Implement the habilitation plans by presenting participants with a wide variety of community volunteer, educational, cultural, social, and recreational activities. 3. Participate in individual habilitation planning and implementation. 4. Provide transportation, in all types of weather, to and from the participants' homes in accordance with the weekly schedule and driving in a manner which ensures participants' safety at all times. 6. Report all accidents, illness, behavioral or emotional problems involving the participants to the appropriate person(s) and include written documentation. 7. Follow all incident, emergency and safety procedures and regulations. 9. Maintain regular ongoing communication with participants, their families, businesses in which we volunteer and interoffice personnel as necessary. 10. Follow the weekly schedule and participate in all volunteer, educational and recreational activities listed for the team. Additional DOSS Requirements: 1. Work in the office one day per week to complete a schedule for their assigned county. 2. In cooperation with Day Habilitation Coordinators, facilitate scheduling of participants based on each individual's personal preferences, interests, learning needs and identified outcome area. Conditions of Employment: The Day Opportunities Scheduling Specialists should have no restrictions in the areas of lifting, bending, standing, or sitting which might prohibit participation in a wide variety of activities/volunteer opportunities or interfere will one's ability to assist program participants. The DOSS must have the ability to carry a back pack weighing approximately 8-10 pounds during some outdoor activities. A complete declaration of allergies must be given to the Assistant Director, Day Services Operations before hire. Living Resources Albany NY
