The Ready to Wear account lead is responsible for establishing seasonal Ready-to-Wear merchandising strategy and developing unique assortment for respective accounts Multi Brand Retail doors in accordance with global and regional strategies. This position will be responsible for all RTW MBR sales plans, full RTW open to buy ownership and inventory analysis.
Manage account relationship with key MBR accounts from a sales and buying perspective
Set seasonal Ready-to-Wear merchandising (RTW) strategy and develop unique assortment for all US boutiques in accordance with One Boutique, One Story.
Protect and grow the business of RTW with a focus on new client acquisition, healthy FPST.
Partner closely with other product category leads across the Retail Merchandising and Multi-Brand Retail teams.
Full open to buy accountability and ownership (six times a year) including analyses of sales, full price sell thru and markdown history/projections and receipts.
Manage inventory levels between boutiques via transfers, allocations and consolidations.
Manage seasonal markdown process (two times a year) including organization and entry into the retail systems as it pertains to each boutique's strategy.
Analyze sales trends on a monthly and weekly basis, monitoring sales and profitability to be adjusted as needed.
Partner internally to communicate seasonal strategies and highlight key products to ensure alignment from visual merchandising, public relations, events and marketing perspective.
Participate in in-store activities and events to build and enhance direct client relationships.
Deepen understanding of local market needs by eliciting feedback through consistent impactful communication with POS.
Foster relationships with global counterparts. Regularly provide both qualitative and quantitative feedback from US business.
Partner with Education team to support Boutique teams on training and development.
Oversee Assistant Buyer and play active role in developing and mentoring individual.

Minimum Years of Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in retail merchandising and luxury
Education: BA Required
Attending the buy in Paris 6x annually & regular travel to US boutiques
