Essential Job Functions:
Listen and address the needs of patients as evidenced by company standards and policies.
Answer the phones and communicate patient's needs to the Opticians and Optical Technicians.
Efficiently take orders for contact lenses, create contact lens encounters, and order lenses from ABB or another supplier.
Navigate insurance websites to assist patients with their plan's available benefits and costs.
Sell and create encounters for accessories.
Learn the lensometer.
Oversee Frame Inventory.
Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements of the organization.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position based in Wildwood, FL.
Full-time position with days and hours Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Travel to other locations as necessary.
