Job Description:

  • Act as a Sarbanes Oxley (S-OX) Control Owner

  • Support Inventory Control Manager to ensure adherence to all WMS/S-OX policies and procedures related to inventory.

  • Manage the Quarterly Cycle Count process to ensure that cycle counts are performed in compliance with the Corporate Controller's Policy.

  • Execute flawlessly all period end activities.Manage the excess and obsolete inventory process and ensure appropriate procedures are followed for offering, entering, and monitoring of GMR/Donation/Dump orders.

  • Monitor aging inventory report on a weekly basis to ensure appropriate First In First Out (FIFO) product rotation.

  • Ensure proper coordination of product donations, dumps, in conjunction with all corporate guidelines.

  • Manage all product code activations/deactivations and SAP material determination tables.

  • Ensure monitoring, tracking, and correcting of shipping errors.

  • Responsible for monitoring of all inventory reports.

  • Support any Seasonal Outside Warehouse (OSW) initiatives.

  • Manage Quality Hold process in the warehouse management system.

  • Ensure third party compliance to Quality Hold procedures.

  • Accurately perform the release of quality hold product in WMS.

  • Perform daily production releases from incubation to shippable status.

  • Work through the research request process to ensure compliance with the Reverse Logistics process.

  • Will be cross trained to support other distribution center functions.

  • Act as backup for the Inventory Control Manager.

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in logistics related field preferred, but not required.

  • One to two years' experience in inventory control, logistics operations, or related supply chain function.

  • Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skill.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and show an ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution.

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Inventory Mgmt, SAP and WMS.

  • Must have the ability to work an off shift and including weekends/holidays.
