Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development, Leadership and Learning, the L&D Enablement Manager will provide a range of services that support a growing learning function, including designing, implementing, and enhancing established curriculum, as well as identifying opportunities for improvements to enable scalable solutions.

The ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable for a busy management population will be key to success in this role. Knowledge of applied instructional design tying metrics to defined learning outcomes is essential. As we operate as a small team, program facilitation and learning program delivery will be expected.

The L&D Enablement Manager must work from our Tustin CA office 3x per week.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure value is created for the business by leveraging best practices in learning application and learning transfer.

  • Manage, maintain, and evolve sound instructional design, program evaluation, and learning effectiveness processes.

  • Leverage existing learning processes and drive adoption in a way that can be measured.

  • Recommend solutions for program enhancement and/or sustainment.

  • Evolve, build, and oversee end-to-end project management and reporting to capture learning initiative requests and support large-scale learning and leadership development programs.

  • Track and manage impact metrics through surveys and other assessment for all learning experiences, including program completion, program application, pre-and post-learning assessments, coaching programs, and career support tools.

  • Play a critical role in creating lasting, sustainable programs that ensure business objectives are met and a culture of learning and development is supported.

  • Drive adoption of leadership concepts and support learning transfer of the company's core leadership development programs by optimizing levers for learning engagement and identifying additional integration points that can be leveraged throughout

  • Contribute to and reinforce the design and development of company-wide learning, serving as the primary point of contact for internal programs.

  • Advise clients and recommend appropriate learning methodology for business groups seeking to drive business performance through training, working closely with subject matter experts to gain an in-depth understanding of the content and knowledge to be transferred to the target audience.

  • Provide sound counsel to assist the business in defining and meeting training needs, including conducting needs assessments, identifying capability gaps, selecting delivery mechanisms, and supporting training effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Learning, or OD a plus.

  • 7-10 years' experience or more supervising programs and projects in learning and leadership development, or an appropriate combination of experience and education.

  • Prior experience defining clear business outcomes to advise and inform on sound learning solutions that demonstrate impact.

  • Prior experience with learning management systems, project management tools, and managing others within a learning function.

  • Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and creatively.

  • Experience authoring and facilitating instructor-led programs, blended learning, and team effectiveness workshops a plus.

  • Certification in Gallup Strengthsfinders a huge plus.

  • Ability and willingness to travel

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $96,800.00-$147,650.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
