Liberty Healthcare is opening a new 24-bed intermediate care facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This facility will provide specialized residential treatment services for children and adolescents who have an intellectual disability and significant behavioral support needs or a co-occurring mental illness.
Liberty is now hiring for a newly-created full-time LCSW position. This position will serve as integral member of the program's clinical staff and be responsible for the following:
Delivering high quality clinical social work services children and adolescents
Effectively managing a caseload of up to 24 clients
Providing intake, case management and discharge planning services
Serving as a contributing member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
Collaborating with a wide array of clinical and ancillary professionals
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families and guardians
Interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Building and maintaining positive relationships with community providers, agencies and resources
Accurately documenting client care, progress and developments
Completing admissions and discharge summaries, court documents and various reports

Well-qualified candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:
Professionally licensed in Oklahoma as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Master's Degree in Social Work
Minimum of 1 year of clinical social work experience, ideally with people who have intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or behavioral challenges
