The Case Manager works with the school-based Specialized Services Team to ensure that effective Individualized Education Plans are created and implemented to ensure student achievement. The Case Manager serves as a resource for school staff regarding special education best practices, works closely with students and their families to ensure the individual needs of the student are being met, and are responsible for maintaining authentic compliance around State and Federal Law.
