The perfect candidate is someone who can hit the ground running to give the clients outstanding representation, as well as take ownership of a client’s case.

The perfect candidate must possess a willingness to meet personally with clients, the ability to handle a high caseload, commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically, excellent personal skills, strong critical thinking skills, adaptability and attention to detail, ability to work on a case independently, ability to work with a team of attorneys, ability to communicate and writing and verbally effectively. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and slip and fall incidents. • Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. • Provide expert legal analysis and advice to clients about their legal rights and obligations, at a human level. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in Illinois. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law. • Proven track record of negotiating and settling complex cases. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
