Salary Range: $60,000 - $62,500

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements (Law Enforcement) including vocational certification; Bachelors degree or Associates degree from a accredited university and have an approved Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) verifying two (2) years of full-time wage-earning experience
Experience must be within the past ten (10) years in one or more approved occupations for which instruction is offered
Must hold Valid License appropriate for the assignment (TCLEOSE License or comparable Law Enforcement certification)
Accepted to or have completed an approved educator preparation program
Must be eligible for employment in the United States
Demonstrated competency in the occupation or skill trade area assigned
Must be willing to join an approved ACP program and pass approcpriate exam(s) to become a certified teacher
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of occupation or skilled trade assigned
General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
