The Vermont Criminal Justice Council (VCJC)/ Police Academy is hiring for a Law Enforcement Certification & Training Coordinator, this position is a premium opportunity to guide annual training requirements for law enforcement professionals to ensure communities are having their public safety needs met.

Law Enforcement Certification & Training Coordinators (TC's) mentor and role model best practices, display qualities of equitable treatment and inclusion, and exemplify behaviors of law enforcement professionals through training and discipline. Experience in training supervisory level curriculum topics, current instruction in law enforcement-specific fields, ability to administer physical fitness training programs, and ability to collaborate with law enforcement agencies and partners to coordinate in-service training needs throughout the state are highly encouraged to
