Law - College Learner Job

Job Description:

• Provide general support and customer service related to Marathon's records and records systems

• Process service tickets as they arrive through the ticketing system (Solution Center)

• Provide assistance and communicate via MS Teams

• Follow Information Governance process and procedures when assisting the business

• Coordinate the retrieval and return of physical records from offsite storage facilities

• Conduct record searches and perform data entry/update in OpenText and SharePoint

• Assist with record audits and reconciliations

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

• Ability to occasionally move and lift record boxes (30lbs.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree

• Proficient with Microsoft office products

• Strong competency to priortize and manage multiple tasks at one time

• Must possess strong verbal, teamwork and organization skills
