Law Clerk - Fall 2024 Semester

Overview

The White Plains office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated firm designated one of the "Best Companies to Work For" among the U.S. New & World Report, is seeking a Law Clerk in their 2nd or 3rd year of Law School to work part-time during the Fall 2024 semester.

No experience is required, but candidates should have work history and/or internship experience in litigation, including case management, discovery, and brief-writing.

Candidates must have excellent writing time management and organizational skills, be outgoing, and a self-starter to join fast-paced litigation teams. This is a great opportunity to work directly with clients and gain hands-on litigation experience with a dynamic team in White Plains.

Qualifications

• On track to receive JD from an ABA accredited Law School in May 2025 or 2026

• Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court is preferred

• Sitting for the July 2025 or 2026 NY bar

• Superior academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication

This is a paid position. $25 per hour (Maximum of 20 hours per week).
