Law And Motion Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Law and Motion Attorney for a Plaintiff's Employment Law firm in Beverly Hills. The firm is growing and looking for quality attorneys for this full-time position.

The Position

• Qualifications
• JD from an Accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 3+ years litigation experience required
• Federal court practice is a plus
• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure required
• Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required

Responsibilities

• Draft case management orders, organize and analyze case information, and provide reports to carrier 
• Draft motions (including but not limited to motions for summary judgment and discovery motions)
• Make court appearances as necessary
• Respond to written discovery
• Efficiently conduct legal research

The annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000
