Clean and service assigned areas Perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Assemble materials and supplies from the supply room and transport them to the work area Clean assigned areas by washing furnishings and equipment and mopping floors with specific cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent the spread of disease Use damp, disinfectant-treated cloths and vacuum cleaner to dust window sills, blinds, floors, furniture, and equipment in an orderly fashion Scour and polish sinks, tubs, mirrors, and other areas as required Replenish supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items Request help in moving heavy furniture and in turning mattresses Report any mechanical failures or negative conditions observed in assigned area to the Maintenance Director. Wash walls and ceilings using water, cleaning solutions, sponge, and cloths Gather and dispose of trash, wash wastebaskets and large refuse containers, and reline with plastic bags Remove soiled linen from all areas Essential For You To Have as a Bridges Housekeeper:

Physical ability to stand, stoop, pull, push, and lift up to 25 lbs Ability to follow oral or written instructions This is a full-time evening position in a healthcare facility that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required of you
