Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa General Services is currently accepting applications for multiple vacancies for full-time, permanent Laundry Workers. The department is seeking candidates with good people skills, excellent communication skills, dependability, and excellent attendance. Laundry Workers will be inspecting clothing/linen for cleanliness, sort and distribute wearing apparel and clean equipment and work areas.

Applications may be screened and only the most qualified candidates will be invited for an interview. This position will be filled pending budget approval.

Multiple cut-off dates are set for application submission: June 9, 2024, July 9, 2024 and August 9, 2024. Applications received after a cut-off date will be processed for the next cut-off date listed.

Founded in 1875, Napa State Hospital is the only state hospital in Northern California for persons struggling with severe mental illness.
