Laundry Technician

SUMMARY:

Responsible and accountable for conducting all aspects of Laundry work activities in order to ensure a continuous supply of clean linen for all hospital needs. Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe, clean, attractive environment for patients, staff and visitors at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (#CRC#) certificate.

Experience:

Previous laundry experience preferred, however willing to train individual with initiative and desire to learn. Other: Ability to learn and work quickly with hands using repetitive motion, maintaining a steady pace all day.# Must be able to work as a member of a team in a closed environment all day.# Ability to understand written and oral instructions.# Entry level computer skills required.
