Freedom Village is proud to be a debt free Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and has been serving seniors in South Orange County, California since 1987. Our beautiful campus includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.

About the position:

As a Laundry Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the department collect soiled laundry, transporting to the commercial laundry.

Sort, wash, dry and fold linen and place in storage cabinets

Launders personal resident clothing and distributes clothes

Check commercial washers and dryers to ensure proper function

Update log record

Ensure cleanliness of commercial laundry, equipment and hallway restrooms

Sweep and mop floors

Maintains updated inventory of laundry supplies

Notify supervisor of any concerns with equipment and supplies

May be assigned to assist as Housekeeper as needed

Benefits and pay:

We offer a competitive salary between $17.50 to $18.00 and excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k (for full time positions) and the opportunity to continue your education through our scholarship program!

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Friday, Monday & Tuesday 8:00am to 4:30pm
