Join our Client Engagement & Advocacy team as a Launch Strategist and become the go-to resource for our SME & Enterprise clients during their crucial pre-launch phase. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' journeys, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape our go-to-market strategies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Architect winning go-to-market plans: Develop comprehensive and tailored go-to-market strategies for our SME & Enterprise clients, considering their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate closely with the deal team, including Sales and Technical Implementations, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-launch to launch

  • Become the client's trusted advisor: Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and consultation on effective onboarding strategies. Present program success plans that showcase the value proposition and inspire confidence in our solutions

  • Masterful messaging and communications: Manage all messaging and communications permissions in Salesforce, leveraging your strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Coordinate with internal marketing and external employee comms teams to craft a comprehensive communications plan that amplifies the client's launch

  • Execute flawless client launches: Take ownership of client launch activities, ranging from ordering print materials to delivering the go-to-market launch playbook. Coordinate timing and permissions for product/marketing communications, ensuring a seamless and impactful launch experience. Validate launch timing and monitor enrollment growth during the crucial initial three months

  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to evaluate launch performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage client insights to enhance our marketing toolkit and inform future go-to-market strategies

  • Analytical prowess - ability to analyze complex concepts and convey them in a simple and compelling manner, both to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Value-selling expertise: Proficiency in articulating complex issues in a straightforward and persuasive manner, highlighting the value our solutions provide

  • Stellar presentation skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations, utilizing tools such as Powerpoint or Google Slides to captivate audiences

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous and thorough approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables

  • Strategic problem-solving mindset: Consultative approach to problem-solving, taking into account the broader strategic goals of the client and our organization

  • Effective communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster clear and concise interactions with clients and team members

  • Solutions-oriented mindset: Proactive attitude towards finding solutions and overcoming challenges, ensuring client success and satisfaction

Nice to Haves:

  • B2B2C Experience

  • Worked in Client Success, Sales, Marketing or a related field

  • Prior work with HR buyers

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
