To strengthen our Immunology team, based in our Atlanta HQ, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Launch Excellence Project Lead. The Launch Excellence Project Lead (LEPL) will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight for bimekizumab (BKZ) launch readiness, from pre-launch through launch and inclusive of all indications.

  • contribute to the conduct and management of the launch governance across all teams
  • be instrumental in working with the Mission (global BKZ team) in establishing enhanced processes for alignment and decision-making, as well as sharing best practices and mentoring across launch teams
  • demonstrate leadership by actively using the Patient Value Solutions Principles.
  • act as champion for Project Management leadership, techniques and processes, educating team members and sharing lessons learned for continuous improvement and agility
  • be an integrated part of the launch teams (both local & global).

You will contribute by:

  • Coordinating and driving BKZ launch governance forum in the US, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and connectivity to global Mission

  • Building project plan and monitor progress across BKZ launch excellence, workstreams, and sub-workstreams, identifying potential barriers and risks, and driving mitigation plans. Identify workstream team synergies and/or conflicts early and propose solutions in agreement with leadership.

  • Working with BKZ stakeholder communications to ensure alignment of communications for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring strategic concepts are aligned and for information/data gathering across the organization

  • Collaborating and guiding the development of teams' strategic plans for the pre-launch readiness & launch planning; track, monitor, and report launch readiness status against launch excellence objectives.

  • Supporting relevant launch excellence meetings by setting meeting agendas, tracking meeting minutes, and following-up on key action items with launch stakeholders.

  • Producing analysis around workstreams, sub-workstreams, and projects (as needed) and internally align with US Launch Lead and (global) Mission Launch Excellence team to ensure timely completion of launch goals

  • Working with the Mission Launch Excellence team in establishing and aligning on launch processes and reporting of readiness as well as negotiating internal partnership agreements (as needed).

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or in a commercial cross-functional or line function role
  • 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO or comparable partner organization for drug development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree Preferred

  • Project management skills/organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage mixed resources and multiple projects of various diverse scopes

  • Experience planning and executing complex, cross-functional projects in a global, matrixed organization

  • Excellent analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
