We are expanding our team in the Latin American region and seek talented individuals to drive anticipated growth in the region. Based in Mexico, the Key Account Manager will be responsible to develop Lifesize business on a set of defined mid and large accounts on the Central American market. Lifesize is selling its portfolio of products through Value Added Resellers. The Lifesize Key Account Manager will develop direct touch expertise with end customers and will put in place the right strategy to define the winning combination made of Lifesize + a Value Added Reseller.


  • Identification, development, and execution of end-user customer sales opportunities, consistent with established sales objectives

  • Researching, monitoring and communicating the competitive market landscape to Lifesize sales

  • Influencing and educating resellers, channel partners, and customers on Lifesize's products, vision and value proposition


  • 5+ years experience as a Key Account Manager with responsibility for North Italian market development

  • 5+ years direct touch with End Customers

  • 5+ years of IT or telecoms sales experience including indirect sales through channel partners and direct touch sales

  • Prior experience selling cloud services, telecommunications, and/or videoconferencing products through the channel

  • Established C-level and senior level contacts with key customers in the regional market place

  • Ability to influence and educate resellers, channel partners, distributors, VARS and customers on Lifesize's vision and value proposition

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, other languages are an advantage

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Results-focused, team-oriented individual with a solid work ethic

  • Previous experience working for a US based company is an advantage

VIEW JOBS 5/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-20T00:00 Company Overview Renewals Manager - North America and LATAM Location: San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX The Renewals Manager manages and sells Riverbed Renewals in North America and LATAM. This role facilitates renewals through Riverbed channel partners, Riverbed's sales force and direct to Riverbed customers. The Renewals Manager will manage and maintain Support & Subscriptions contracts while growing support revenues through renewing, up-selling and reinstating such contracts. Responsibilities include: * Preparation of renewal quotes for maintenance contracts within 90 - 120 days prior to expiration and book orders as they are received * Review and interpretation of contractual terms and conditions. * Propose creative deal structures and lead pricing negotiations * Validation of customer asset lists * Contact and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure timely renewal * Solid understanding of products, systems and processes to assist in selling renewals. * Assist customers with any product discrepancies in their install base to include license reconciliations and audits * Manage customer requests for contract merges and transfers * Partner with field sales and customer success to save any potentially lost renewals * Track contract non-renewal including reasons for loss * Prepare forecasts of maintenance renewal bookings within a 10% accuracy rate. * Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings Job Requirements: * 5+ year previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals, is preferred. * Must thrive in a quota driven environment. * Must have the ability to negotiate and up-sell maintenance offerings and build relationships both internally and externally * Account planning experience and involvement in the alignment of sales, channel, professional services, and customer success around Renewal events. * Ability to forecast accurately * Ability to multi-taskand juggle priorities to facilitate on-time Renewals. * Experience structuring deals and excel at creative problem solving. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision * Must possess excellent customer service skills with an orientation towards resolving customers challenges * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and applications is required * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Riverbed Technology, Inc. is a San Francisco Company near CalTrain, Muni and BART, with excellent salary, options and benefits.
