This position is directly responsible for maintenance, testing and timely upgrades to the LaserPro system used to produce Commercial Loan documents. This includes ensuring that the Bank's version of the software is updated as enhancements become available and all systems that interface are working appropriately prior to implementing the upgrade into production.
In addition, this position is responsible to train all staff on LaserPro software including new enhancements and new LaserPro products.
Consideration for location will be in Wheeling, WV; Ellwood City, PA; Jackson, OH; or Weirton, WV.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as the Bank's liaison to Finastra, the parent company for LaserPro.
Responsible for the overall maintenance and administration of the LaserPro software.
Complete test on each LaserPro upgrade to ensure that documents are produced accurately and the system interface is maintained.
Work closely with IT and the Finance Center Administrator when system upgrades overlap.
Initiate all rate changes within the LaserPro system.
Maintain and update current users within the LaserPro system.
Maintain the appropriate listing of Lenders within the system in order to appropriately produce loan documents.
Work with counsel on the preparation of LawyerPro documents.
Work with counsel to correct and/or supplement documentation packages.
Work with Bank Management and Corporate Counsel on documentation development for new products and ensure that those products are built and maintained within LaserPro.
Maintain department procedures and job aids.
Review complex loan documents as well as documents produced by less experience Documentation Specialists prior to their release to Loan Closer.
Manage the process for assigning new Loan and Modification requests to Documentation Specialist and Closing Specialists/Officers.
Train documentation staff to understand commercial loan documentation activities, including the preparation of LaserPro and other closing documents according to department standards and ensuring all terms and conditions are incorporated.
Train new staff on LaserPro document production.
Train new and existing staff on modification review and production.
Assist as a Team Lead in any of the LDFC groups when necessary due to vacation or absence.
Responsible for tracking error rates for Documentation and Closing personnel to ensure goals are met and maintained.
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
