Sign-on Bonus of $1200.00 Job Summary We are seeking a Laser Electrolysis Technician to join our team As an Instructional Clinical Educator, As a Laser/Electrolysis Hair Removal Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical training to aspiring beauty professionals. You will play a key role in, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for successful careers in the beauty industry. You will also be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the needs of students and clients are met and that all pro are aligned with our mission and goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of educational principles, excellent communication skills, and previous experience designing programs and curricula. Key Responsibilities: Update curriculum/syllabus as needed for laser/electrolysis hair removal program.

Conduct engaging and informative classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions. Assess student performance through clinical skills, practical exams, quizzes, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.

Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment. Collaborate with other educators and teammates to continuously improve training program.

Assist in marketing and promoting training program to potential students. Qualifications: Licensed Electrologist and Laser Hair Removal Technician with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. Previous teaching or training experience in a beauty or wellness setting is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of laser hair removal and electrolysis techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
