Role Summary:

The Large Parts Process Engineer will report to the Senior Operation Management Staff Manager and will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in various ways (programming, tooling, process, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition, the Process Engineer will:

  • Defines and controls production process including tooling and equipment

  • Validates design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment

  • Programs CNC machines

  • Develops new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

  • Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done

  • Delivers products as part of a team

  • Works directly with production employees and on cross functional teams

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing from an accredited university or college; Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

  • Previous experience working in a CNC machine shop
