The Large Parts Process Engineer will report to the Senior Operation Management Staff Manager and will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in various ways (programming, tooling, process, etc.)
In addition, the Process Engineer will:
Defines and controls production process including tooling and equipment
Validates design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
Programs CNC machines
Develops new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
Delivers products as part of a team
Works directly with production employees and on cross functional teams
Previous experience working in a CNC machine shop
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
