About the position:

Liberty Source PBC is growing its team of Large Language Model (LLM) Creative Prompt Writers. We are looking for Part time Creative Prompt Writers to generate engaging and informative content for various topics and fields. This crucial role is tailored for professionals with the ability and enthusiasm to integrate their writing skills and expertise into the development of state-of-the-art AI models.

The Role: Combining Writing Expertise with AI Innovation

In this role, you will:

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.

• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in various contexts.

• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains.

Responsibilities:

• Work on various projects to train generative AI models, by creating prompts and responses based on the instructions provided and on using established best practices for quality prompts.

• Given examples, generate similar prompts and responses.

• Conduct quality checks and data validation of prompts per stated procedures and edit for grammar, spelling, content and punctuation.

• Fine-tune AI training prompts more consistent results.

• Help identify areas for process improvements.

• Assist in documenting processes.

• Provide feedback on tools being used and on potential alternatives.

• Use a variety of communication channels such as Slack, Teams, and SharePoint, to collaborate with your team, and ask questions.

Is this you?

• A background in Journalism, Language / Linguistics, Communication, or similar programs OR prior experience with prompt writing.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English: proficient in different writing styles/style guides and well versed in Grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Enjoy editing for grammar, spelling, content, punctuation and proofreading to create high quality content.

• Analytical Excellence.

• Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.

• Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.

• An ability to learn, document, and work with the team on new technologies and processes.

• Experience working on virtual/hybrid teams.

• Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus.

PART TIME UP TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK
