Landscape Property Maintenance Manager Expectations
At Rustic Countrysides, the Landscape Property Maintenance Manager increases client satisfaction through regular communication, identifying, presenting, selling, and managing site improvements, and performing ongoing quality control for your maintenance services crews.The Landscape Property Maintenance Manager is a customer-facing, hands-on integral role, managing year-round crews that provide residential landscape maintenance services to high-end homes in Rabun County.
We will trust you to work hard to develop and maintain “trusted advisor” status in your client relationships
You’ll visit client properties daily, learning their layout, eccentricities, needs, and areas of concern
We expect you’ll come to love and treat each property as if they belonged to your grandparents
A crucial part of the job will be to proactively communicate with clients, letting them know when work will be done, when work has been completed, when any issues have been found, and presenting solutions to resolve those issues
As you learn each property’s needs, you’ll create and present accurate estimates to clients for issue areas that need improvement or enhancements you think will create even more enjoyment of the property
By carefully documenting with both notes and photos, you’ll set up your crews for success by communicating clearly all work that needs to be done
You’ll employ a “trust but verify” mindset about property maintenance and perform quality inspections regularly, itemizing any additional work that may be needed
We want you to encourage, manage, and inspire crews to work with careful urgency and professional pride, keeping them within their budgeted hours
Part of ensuring crew success will be to manage truck and equipment maintenance so they have properly functioning tools to get the job done right
