Landscape & Grounds Person

The Landscaping/Grounds Technician is an essential member of our Facilities Team at The Point Casino & Hotel. They are responsible for maintaining the overall external appearance of the property, including the lawns and parking lot.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintain the external appearance of the property and ensure the safety of our guests - especially during the snow season by keeping the walkways clear as well as ice free.

• Comfortable operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (lawn mowers, sweepers, tractors, etc.).

• Perform grounds keeping and outside maintenance duties including watering, weeding and trash removal.

• Landscape by planting shrubs, bushes, trees, flowers and grass.

• Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto weeds, grounds, grass, shrubs or trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License for Washington State or able to transfer within first 30 days of employment with a reliable form of transportation.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours and lift up to 75 pounds.

Not Required, But Good To Have:

• Previous experience working as a landscaper at a corporate enterprise.
