The Landscape Field Operations Manager oversees our construction projects and interfaces with clients, field staff, designers, and our leadership team. They are an essential part of our team because they will ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Responsibilities
Visits jobsites daily to ensure our crews have all the resources and clarity to make efficient progress and delivering high quality installation.
Ensures compliance with quality, environmental & safety standards.
Coordinates the use of resources, materials, and equipment necessary for the scope of each project.
Independently identify and resolves production issues but also anticipates and prevents potential problems or delays.
Provides excellent customer service and up-to-date status to clients.
Coaches and mentors field staff to help improve their skills and performance, motivates them and supports their growth.
Develops and implements mechanisms to track project progress and achievement of project goals and objectives.
Reports project status to Leadership Team weekly, including highlights, low-lights and problem analysis and resolution.
Provide timely feedback to field employees and manage performance reviews for all employees.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in landscape construction or related industry
2+ years supervising landscaping and/or construction crews
General knowledge of rules, regulations, quality, and safety standards
Strategic and tactical problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven experience in client management
Self-motivated, innovative thinker
Process optimization experience (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and analytics (preferred)
Knowledge of plants, gardening, and design (preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
