About You

• You are a master of administrative support duties, such as calendar management, ordering materials, creating job packets and supporting the sales staff.

  Pay rate: $55-65k per year, based on experience

  Landscape Construction & Sales Coordinator Expectations

• Ultimately, your mission is to work collaboratively in-office with our 6-person management team and aid in our success by creating strong, repeatable processes and projects by managing the day-to-day.
• You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions by phone or email, reducing stress for the rest of the team.
• You’ll foster client trust by preemptively keeping them in the loop about all stages of their project ensuring a great customer experience.
• We will look to you to take on all the administrative work that goes into managing our Landscape Installation projects, including communicating early and often with the Sales Team, initial job packet creation, notifying clients of work start dates, ordering and staging materials for projects, and follow-up with clients after a job to ensure they are satisfied.
• Another major responsibility will be connecting with prospects when they call, scheduling the estimate appointment for a Salesperson, and providing all information needed to both parties for a successful conversation.
• After you settle in, we’ll have you project manage our recruiting and onboarding processes for field personnel.
• If event planning and employee morale is fun for you, we’ll have you develop and implement a Team Celebrations calendar once you’re fully acclimated to our culture.
• By the end of the first year, our goal is for your efforts to create 25% or greater efficiency for our management team members.

  Landscape Construction Coordinator Experience

• Cross-team Admin and Sales Support (scheduling, materials)
• Incoming calls (Intake)/ Client communication (customer experience)
• Professional communication, verbal and written
• Managing field job postings and candidate interview process
• Standardizing and managing internal employee review process and calendar
• Scheduling or Calendar Management experience
• Receptionist, call center, or customer service experience
• Sales and administrative support experience
• Experience with data entry (QuickBooks)
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience using a CRM (LMN a plus!)
• Experience in the landscaping or building construction industries is preferred
• HR experience, or experience with hiring, onboarding and offboarding, is a plus!
