Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces, including the integration of pergolas, gardens, hardscapes, and other elements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative landscape design, strong technical skills, and a proven track record in the residential and commercial architectural industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their outdoor living needs while taking precise site measurements
• Create detailed landscape design plans using CAD and other design software.
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
• Present design proposals to clients and provide recommendations based on their feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in the outdoor living sector
• Proficiency in CAD and other design software.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Professional licensure is a plus.
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish
