Landscape Architect III- Salt Lake City

Denton House Design Studio is a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design. Our seasoned team offers unparalleled expertise in high end, high caliber hospitality, commercial and residential projects across the US and abroad. We are expanding our planning and landscape architecture studio and looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team!

We are looking for a Landscape Architect III to assist with project visioning & programming, site analysis, site planning, conceptual design as well as preparation of all phases of landscape construction documents.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Minimum 5 years office experience

  • Strong design skills in resort and residential development and planting design

  • Solid working knowledge of all phases of design and construction documentation

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office Suite

  • Strong hand graphic skills and graphic presentations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Fluent in English; speaking, reading and writing

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SketchUp and other 3D modeling software

  • Hand and/or computer rendering skills

Utilizes expertise in relational databases to query, design and build data structures for use in reporting and ad-hoc analysis. May evaluate new data sources for adherence to the organization's quality standards and ease of integration. Assists team leads in developing training pathways for technical analysts to improve these team skills/competencies.
