Landscape Architect II Project Land Planner

OVERVIEW

Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 7+ years of experience in Land Development, Planning, and Landscape Architecture for a position in our Charlotte, NC office.

Typical salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $92,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The position will be a part of our growing Landscape Architecture/Land Planning Team and will work on a variety of both private and public land development projects. Recent experience in residential Land Planning is highly favored. Project types will include residential, institutional, commercial, and recreational. This positionwill collabortate with other design disciplines as well as work within team settings on various project related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture, land planning or related discipline from an ASLA accredited school is required

• Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from accredited school is a plus

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD required.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of PhotoShop, InDesign, and SketchUp is a plus

• Local candidates preferred
