Job Description

The Landscape Architect will engage in a range of projects focused on Landscape Design and Development. This role involves joining a collaborative team specializing in various local landscape and land development projects such as commercial and private development, municipalities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, athletic facilities, and streetscapes. The role also entails active participation in public engagement, client interactions, and coordination with engineers and public agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape and land development projects

• Creation of design packages

• Design plan production using CAD programs

• Site analysis including drainage, grading, and zoning

Requirements:

• Landscape Design experience (5+ years ideal)

• CAD programming knowledge

• Design production and planning

• Schematic design

• Experience reading construction drawings/specifications/documents
