Landscape Architect (6-8 Years Experience)

Davis Partnership Architects in Denver is searching for talented, creative, technically proficient licensed Landscape Architects with 6-8 years’ experience who are interested in working in a wide range of project types including healthcare, commercial, urban mixed-use, multi-family housing, laboratory/research, higher education, sports & recreation, parks & trails, land-use planning, and master-planning.

Requirements

Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program is required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate mastery of the following:

·        Project management skills necessary to inspire clients, consultants, and other integrated project team members to successful project outcomes.

·        Flexibility and a willingness to work with other design disciplines in a collaborative environment.

·        Effective and confident interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Design visualization through hand and computer-generated graphics and 3D renderings. 

·        Willingness to take direction from others.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite are required; REVIT, Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion are desirable.

·        Experience in Construction Administration is preferred.

·        Position is in-person and requires being located in Colorado.

Benefits

Compensation is provided on a salaried-basis commensurate with years of experience ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
