The Opportunity

The landfill coordinator job is responsible for overseeing the daily receiving operations of all waste received into the landfill.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Create and check accuracy of sales orders based on received waste manifest from the data entry clerk

• Run Proformas for all sales orders received and release the orders to the billing department

• Run reports for customers and our internal finance department daily

• Review scanned manifest for accuracy and upload into SAP

• Process invoices for both the Brooklawn and Port Allen facilities

• Track roll-off boxes for accurate billing back to the customers

• Maintain and certify time and attendance for one employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Experience entering large amounts of data

• Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision

• Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules, are required

• DOT knowledge

• SAP experience a plus
