Land Warfare Analyst

As a land warfare analyst, you'll bring your tactical and technical knowledge of land warfare concepts and how to integrate electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) into them. You will use your expertise to work alongside leaders in naval, air, and special operations to develop assessments on how Service-level units are preparing for their EMSO mission and their readiness to deploy.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in the US Army or US Marine Corps (USMC)

  • Experience at the division in at least one of the following areas: electronic warfare (EW), air defense artillery (ADA) and Radar, Fires, Spectrum Management, or signals intelligence (SIGINT)

  • Experience with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes

  • Experience developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements

  • Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes

  • Knowledge of current US Army or USMC capabilities and tactics, and vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) evaluations

  • Ability to draft objective and credible reports and deliver briefs with minimal need for editing and corrections

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in land operations and combat systems

  • Experience with operations of EMSO and spectrum management

  • Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results

  • Bachelor's degree

  • PMP Certification preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
